By mid of 2000, HASIM expanded its group to, HASIM Telecommunication, HASIM Media and HASIM Trading. It started by being the exclusive distributor for Brother- Japan for Faxes and Printers, competing against HP which was controlling the market at that time. HASIM had strong successful branding campaign for Brother-Japan. HASIM has been known as its outstanding technical customer support, after sales services and maintenance. By the year 2003, HASIM started to expand its business to the Middle East, Africa, the US and Canada. By the year 2007, HASIM offered web services and online marketing services to companies in more than 8 countries worldwide.

HASIM acquired on 2010 the Sudan Yellow Pages Business Directory website to offer the exclusive yellow pages service in Sudan
